I NEVER expected to find this documentary(Titicut Follies).I was trying to find some old pictures of Bridgewater State Hospital. Maybe some archives. My husband was sent there at the age of 13yrs old for truancy and (stubborn child),after his parents divorce. He was commited there. You had to urinate and defecate into a bucket. He was mixed in with the criminally insane and dangerous sex offenders.Feces smeared all over the walls.. If anyone has any old photos please e-mail them to me. kato9tail5@ao.com. I love this site

Really interesting article post. Your post is extremely interesting. I liked this article. This post is great! I have to say that after continually reading terrible as in, same old information, little quality content, etc. blog posts on other sites, it’s good to actually read something that has some thought put into it. It’s a pleasure to read well written content, especially after continually seeing rehashed %$!# that writers and bloggers are putting out nowadays. It’s always nice when I come across content that actually has value, I’ve been seeing a ton of subpar writing attempts lately. BTW, I like your site design, but your header image was only loading half way for me. P.S. Your header is messed up a bit in IE. Thanks for this American historical monument. Legally suppressed until the filmed subjects had passed away, it is an amazing insight into the horror of government ‘remedies’.

Its a bit slow till you get 30 mins into. After seeing the moviie all the way thru its worthy of reviewing again. Its a part of patient history. I wonder where the guy is who wanted to go back to jail. Today he would be a advocate in ex survivor patient movement. We must never forget.
