Strapped

An Ex-con attempting to go legit runs accross serious problems. With his girlfriend arrested for dealing crack to an undercover police officer, he strikes a deal with weapons cop(Michael Biehn) as an attempt to get the charges dropped, however, the D.A. is not satisfied with the results, resulting in some serious game playing and double crossing.
