Baller Blockin' (DVD)

Baller Blockin

Baller Blockin

This movie was made in 2000 by Cash Money Millionaires. See a young Lil Wayne, Baby, and Juvenile. Not that bad of a movie though. “The game is cold, but it’s fair, nigga.” This is the mantra by which Tanuk and all of the Cash Money Millionaires live their lives. The way The Game functions is governed by the G code. The G code is the informal, unwritten social mores of the streets – you live by it, and you die by it. The essence of The Game is that you control as much of the projects as you can and deal drugs to its inhabitants — and you always handle your own business amongst yourselves, avoiding contact and cooperation with the police. When a gang has a great deal of influence over a certain area (and its drug trade), it is said that they’ve “got that work”. Business typically picks up when the welfare checks are passed out; the recipients cash them and spend the money on drugs. It’s important to never “catch a drought” by letting your drug supplies dwindle, hence they “re-up” at least once a month. As seen in the movie, Iceberg Shorty is the superior hustler.
